Problem: summer boredom
Solution: rubber medical tubing tied to the balcony above
OK, this was not my idea. But I have to admit, quite clever of the kids. No injuries so far.  Don't worry- they're jumping up from the floor, not off the balcony. This has provided hours of fun today.
